Hráči se budou moci vydat k Halleyově kometě, která má vlastní hrací plochu s několika regiony, na nichž lze přistát a které čekají na vytěžení. Kometa bude při obíhání v blízkosti planet zvyšovat své zdroje, a čím více bude hra postupovat, tím více se bude Halleyovo’jádro zahřívat a uvolňovat další a další vzácné zdroje. Ve hře Starship Interstellar se každý hráč ujímá role mocné korporace a všichni “spolupracují” na záchraně lidstva před katastrofou, kterou sami způsobili: musí postavit loď Starship Interstellar, hibernovat v ní co nejvíce lidí a najít cestu na obyvatelnou planetu. —popis od vydavateleAutomatický překlad
Players will be able to travel towards Halley’s Comet, with its own board with several regions to land on, waiting to be mined. The Comet will increase its resources when orbiting near planets, and the more the game advances, the more Halley’s core will heat releasing more and more precious resources.
In Starship Interstellar each player takes the role of a powerful corporation, and all of them are “cooperating” to save humanity from the disaster they themselves caused: they have to build the Starship Interstellar, hibernate in it the more people they can, and find a route to an inhabitable planet.
