Michael der Wagemutige je speciální akční karta pro hru Catan: Tato karta byla rozdána Klausem Teuberem na SPIEL' 16 v Essenu (německá verze) a na Gen Conu 50 (2017) v Indianapolis (anglická verze). Je limitovaná a byla k dispozici pouze na SPIEL '16 (německá verze) a Gen Con 50 (anglická verze). Schopnosti karty (německy): Wenn du diese Karte beim Ereignis "Räuberüberfall" spielst, besiegt Michael die Räuber und beraubt sie. Du verlierst keine Rohstoffe. Im Gegenteil: Fülle 1 Goldfluss- oder Weidelandschaft auf 3 Gold bzw. Wolle auf. Schopnost karty (anglicky): "Tuto kartu můžete zahrát, když padne událost "Brigand Attack". Michael porazí zbojníky.
